Terms of Service

1. Payment Methods

   • Within Pakistan, we prefer Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit/Credit/Visa MasterCard.

2. International Payments

   • For customers outside of Pakistan, we accept payments via Western Union (advance payment), or credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

3. Order Confirmation

   • You can confirm your order by contacting us via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

4. Make-to-Order Products

   • Make-to-order products are pre-orders and will take a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 3 weeks to be ready.
   • Payment for pre-order products must be made in advance.

5. International Orders

   • For international orders, delivery duration is a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 weeks.
   • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is completed and dispatched.

6. Complaints and Queries

   • For complaints, suggestions, or queries, please contact us via Facebook, Email, or Phone.

7. Delivery Timing

   • Our riders follow routes, not specific timings, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in receiving the order.

8. Damaged or Faulty Products

   • If there is any damage, fault, or discrepancy with the product, Jubilee Jeweller will be responsible for replacing it. The customer will need to resend the parcel via Pakistan Post to our address.

9. Exchanges

   • Customers who wish to exchange items (e.g., bangle size, design, etc.) will be required to pay a delivery charge of Rs. 300/-.

10. Order Cancellations and Changes

    • Customers can cancel or change their order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, no changes or cancellations will be entertained.
    • Customers must accept the order once placed, regardless of any change.

11. Address Details

    • Customers must provide a complete and correct address including house number, block number, street number, or a nearby landmark to ensure successful delivery.
    • Orders with incomplete addresses will be canceled.

12. Refund and Return Policy

    • Jubilee Jeweller follows a strict no refund and no return policy.

13. Sale and Clearance Items

    • Sale items and stock clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

14. Duties and Taxes

    • Duties and taxes applicable to international shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Period:
